• AI-assisted project insights

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.2 Account Security
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses due to compromised credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content

• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service

• Use the Service for spam or malicious purposes

• Share your account with unauthorized users

• Exceed your plan's usage limits via automation

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery.

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is our intellectual property protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

Disclaimer: AI-generated summaries, minutes, and analyses are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before using them in professional or legal contexts.

7. Subscription and Billing

7.1 Plans
We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and limits. Plan details are available on our pricing page.

7.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

• Failed payments may result in service suspension.

7.3 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARVER-TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Service interruptions or errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marver-Tech from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
