2. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial:

  • • You have full access to plan features

  • • No payment is charged until the trial ends

  • • You can cancel at any time with no charges

    We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during the trial period.

    3. Refund Eligibility

    3.1 Eligible for Refund

  • New subscribers who request a refund within 7 days of their first payment

  • Technical issues preventing service use that cannot be resolved by our support team

  • Billing errors where you were charged incorrectly

    3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • • Requests made after 7 days of payment

  • • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service

  • • Partial month usage or mid-cycle cancellations

  • • Change of mind after the trial period

  • • Usage limits exceeded

    5. Refund Processing

  • • Approved refunds are processed in 5-10 business days

  • • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • • You will receive a confirmation email once processed

    6. Cancellation vs. Refund

    Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until your current period ends.

    Refund: Returns payment and terminates access immediately.

    7. Disputes

    If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.
